Privacy Policy

Overview

Quick Node Print ("the App") is developed by JASSCO. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

Data We Collect

The App collects only the minimum data necessary to operate:

• PrintNode API Key — Your API key is stored locally on your device in the iOS Keychain (encrypted) and synced via iCloud Keychain if enabled. It is used solely to authenticate with the PrintNode API to send print jobs.
• Printer Selection Preferences — Your selected default printer and display preferences are stored locally on-device using UserDefaults.
• ERP Connection Settings (optional) — If you configure the optional Salesforce/AvSight integration, OAuth tokens are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. These are used only to look up documents attached to ERP records.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
• No advertising identifiers
• No device fingerprinting
• No crash reporting that includes personal data

Third-Party Services

The App communicates with the following third-party services:

• PrintNode API (printnode.com) — To list printers and submit print jobs. Your API key and print job content are sent directly to PrintNode's servers. See PrintNode's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — To manage in-app subscriptions. All subscription data is handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Salesforce API (optional) — If you configure the ERP integration, the App communicates with your Salesforce org to look up records and download attached files for printing. No data from Salesforce is stored by JASSCO.

Data Storage & Security

• All sensitive credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted at the hardware level.
• Non-sensitive preferences are stored in the app's local UserDefaults sandbox.
• iCloud Keychain sync is used for the PrintNode API key so it is available across your Apple devices. You can disable iCloud Keychain in your device settings.
• No data is stored on JASSCO servers. The App operates entirely client-side.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your PrintNode API key and print job content are sent only to PrintNode's servers as required to fulfill print requests that you initiate.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. iCloud Keychain data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
